All animals call Allah and it’s said in the Quran that the creator will show signs of his existence. But those who don’t want to believe won’t believe no matter what is shown to them. True Muslims souldn’t need signs to believe in Islam though. The Quran itself is the greatest miracle of Islam, I encourage you all to read it by heart and mind and to speak against those that are twisting our peaceful religion for violent causes.
